Adopt-A-Spot is a volunteer litter removal program that provides an opportunity for families individuals, classes, scout troops, civic or religious groups, student organizations, fraternities and sororities to contribute to our community and improve the natural environment. Anyone is welcome to adopt-a-spot.
What KCB provides: - Orange trash bags - Certificate of Appreciation - Adoption recognition sign erected in your area
You Provide: - A commitment to clean litter from your area at least once a month - A valuable community service to the community an City of Carbondale
Attention University Students!!! Did you know that with 30 hours of this type of service, you can earn 'Environmental Ambassador' status?
