Entice apartment complex managers to offer their residents recycling services by presenting a proposal with all needed information to help them make the decision.

Recycling Bin Designer

Recycling bins are outrageously expensive.  The best designs have the bins open from the side so that they can be emptied without back strain; and they have openings that guide people to put in only the desired product (round holes for bottles and cans, slits for newspapers).  If they'll be outdoors, openings should be positioned to keep the rain out.  More information is available.

Take photos of previous Bright Spot winners for posting on Facebook.  Find and photograph various native trees around town.
